Price includes a welcome provision pack, electricity and a weekly laundry service. Minimum rental period is 3 days and a discount is offered for rentals of more than 2 weeks. Start day can be any day of the week. Apartment available from 16:00 on day of arrival and must be vacated by 10:00 on day of departure (unless by prior agreement).

 

On booking, a non-returnable deposit of 10% will be paid. Following receipt of your deposit, confirmation of your booking and directions to the apartment  will be sent by post. The balance of the accommodation cost is payable four weeks before the date of arrival.

 

Bookings made within four weeks (28 days) of arrival require full payment of the accommodation cost at the time of booking. If you fail to pay the balance of your accommodation costs at the prescribed time, we reserve the right to cancel the booking; in this event the full amount of the accommodation costs will be payable by you.

Club Facilities
 
Gym, sauna, squash and tennis facilities are available with charges on a daily or weekly usage basis. The golf club welcomes visitors [ www.losarquerosgolf.com or telephone 0034 952 784600]. Green fees vary by season with weekly discounts available.

This fully air conditioned apartment is situated on the top floor. There are 2 double bedrooms, 1 with a double bed and 1 with twin beds which has superb views over the golf course and access to the terrace.

 

The apartment has 2 bathrooms, one of which is en suite.

The fully equipped kitchen has Bosch appliances (dishwasher, washing machine, dryer, fridge/freezer etc.).

 

The large lounge has a dining area and leads onto the terrace which is equipped for eating al fresco with BBQ facilities and boasts spectacular views over the golf course and on a clear day you can see Morocco.

 

The apartment has satellite TV, a video/DVD player and a selection of videos and DVDs, along with a CD player/radio.

 

There is also the benefit of private parking.
